As an equestrian and bona fide horse lover, you can usually find me at the barn or by the water, whether it's a pool, the ocean, a river, a lake, or out on a boat. My eight-year-old Boxer, "Ruger Boy," is never far away!
Preferably, I'll have a fishing pole in hand, looking for that sweet spot with the right lure, the right weather, and the right timing. There's nothing better than catching and releasing a fish, or bringing one home to grill over charcoal in the backyard with family and friends. Lots of laughs and good times are always part of the plan!
I'm a lifelong learner with a degree in Psychology and Sociology from Appalachian State University, forever fascinated by human behavior and what makes people tick.
I'm also a proud dog mom, an absolute foodie who loves discovering hidden gems when traveling, a horse enthusiast, and a plant lover who enjoys getting her hands dirty in the garden.
